Volunteer and Youth Intern applications for our summer programs are now up! As you know, it takes a BUNCH of brilliant, skilled, dedicated people to make rock camp happen. As we grow toward being more expansive, more transformative, and more fun, we need more volunteer power than ever. Interested in teaching kids how to wail on bass? Apply. Thinkin’ about leading a workshop track on the role of music in social justice movements? For real, apply. Daydreaming about making a giant vat of tabouli for a good cause? Live your dream!

We’re seeking designs for our 2017 camper tee that show the spirit of fun, music, collective voice-raising, and gender-justice that WMRC is all about! Email info@williemaerockcamp.org by 3/31 with your rad ideas. Selected design comes with a $100 stipend! Design specifics and parameters: One color design; the text “Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls” & “2017” must be included; avoid images of people/girls on the shirt.
