MUSIC LAB AFTERSCHOOL
Series 1 introduces students to the fundamentals of making digital music through a STEM-based music making curriculum in an inclusive and youth-centered environment. Students will learn skills such as: audio production, songwriting, coding, film scoring, sampling, and building DIY instruments and electronics. This entry-level experience emphasizes creative exploration, collaboration, and building confidence as young artists begin to develop their musical voice.
When: October 6, 2026 to June 15, 2027 — Tuesdays from 3:45 to 6:00pm

MUSIC LAB AFTERSCHOOL
In Series 2, students deepen their understanding of digital music production by expanding their knowledge of software and hardware, refining their songwriting and recording techniques, and beginning to explore more advanced concepts. Students will learn skills such as: mixing, audio signal processing, music structures, interactive multimedia, game design, and more.
When: October 7, 2026 to June 16, 2027 — Wednesdays from 3:45 to 6:00pm
