Our music lab is powered by technology. We prepare students for a tech-driven future by cultivating:
Tuition-free access to tech-based music education
Creative problem solving and skill-building through STEM learning
Powerful storytelling through songwriting and digital art production
Installation Camp
This minicamp offers students the chance to explore the world of STEM through hands-on learning. They’ll build electronic instruments, explore coding and digital art, and collaborate to create an interactive art installation. At the end of the camp, parents are invited to experience the students' creative work firsthand in a special showcase!
When: July 7 to July 9, 10AM to 4PM (early dropoff at 9:30AM)

FUTURE SOUNDS MIXTAPE!
Join us at National Sawdust this June for an interactive, intergenerational multimedia experience! Willie Mae students will present original multi-channel sounds and songs alongside live performances by Willie Mae Alumni and the Black Sound Salon, an experimental sound collective.
Future Sounds Mixtape is an immersive concert designed for all ages, and will showcase how Willie Mae’s music and STEM programming supports students (and alumni!) in imagining a future world.
